In the case that companies or merchants wish to cancel booth booking according to the binding conditions (cancellation policy),
Glam & Elegant Events will refund the previously paid reservation amounts after deducting 15% (administrative fees) from the value of the previously paid amount.
The amount will be refunded within 20 days from the end date of the event or exhibition, and will be transferred to the registered bank account provided by the company or merchant wishing to cancel the reservation.
Bank details should be sent via email including reasons and circumstances of the cancellation.
